These sites claim to be "actual testimonials", but it seems impossible to me. Personally, I've been on the same enlargement pill for over four months and have only gained 1/2" in all that time. I've seen a couple of these websites as well. The infamous "One Man Testimonials" where a seemingly normal average guy (just like you!) tries numerous enlargement routines or products. He'll tell you about the reasonably impressive results he achieved from using Product A and Product B, then boast about the REALLY impressive results he achieved from using Product C (and of course, Product C is usually the product he's promoting on his website!).

Look, I can't say whether or not these website guys actually made these amazing gains. But I will tell you this... in my many years of studying and researching penis enlargement, I have NEVER known anybody who has gained a half inch here, a half inch there, a quarter inch here, a whole inch there.... penis enlargement just doesn't work like that!!

No, you really need those two rest days. The one thing you do not want to do is OVER-exercise the penis! It could be a very long wait. Still, the options are becoming more varied and the products seem to be getting better and better.

Given the renewed interest in ancient herbs, it's fair to assume that future products will take full advantage of these supplements. Even now, certain companies have branched out to create alternative versions of the ever-popular penis enlargement pill. All you would have to do is pay a certain amount of money to be listed as #1... this could range anywhere from $1.00 to $6.00 per customer click. Does this mean that your site is the "Best" One... of course not! It means that you have a hefty advertising budget.

It's all a business. Free enterprise. The rules of advertising. You, as a consumer, have the right to choose whichever program you wish to purchase. However.. .this is important.. you should make your decision based on the quality of the product. As I've often said, always go with an enlargement site that's been proven to work. Go with a site that comes highly recommended by others. Go with a program or product that's been around for a long time. And AVOID "PENIS REVIEW" SITES!!! You're a very smart fellow. Every other male over the age of five should be so smart when perusing the zillions of penis enlargement sites on the internet. A "load of BS"?? Yeah, that about sums it up.

Remember, these sites want your business. They want your money! By saying that they are the "#1 Recommended Site", they are basically lending themselves a false air of credibility. However, because so many sites are now claiming to be "Number One", it merely comes across as an act of desperation.

It's all promotional crap. "#1" according to who? Usually it's some fictitious organization or made-up publication. Is it deceitful? Yes. Does it work? Not really.

No, no, no, no, no!!! I can't say it any plainer that that!

While anabolic steroids are primarily used to increase muscle size or to reduce body fat, there is simply no evidence to suggest that steroids can increase penis size (remember also, the penis is not a muscle). Furthermore, steroid abuse can actually reduce the size of your testicles. Not to mention a host of other side effects such as causing infertility, male-pattern baldness, acne and breast development in males. (And I won't even get into the more life-threatening effects like heart attacks and liver cancer!)

The Great Debate over the positive and negative effects of steroids will continue to rage on, and I'm not about to get involved in that discussion. However, I WILL say this. With regards to taking steroids for the purpose of penis enlargement: Don't Do It!

To answer your question, it is not uncommon to make such incredible gains in such a short amount of time... although it doesn't usually happen this fast for most guys. Some males are just blessed with a physiological ability to increase their penis size at an alarming rate.

On the whole, men who perform natural enlargement exercises make their largest gains between the 3rd and 6th month, sometimes longer (even up to a year). But a small percentage of men (I would guess around 20% or less) are able to add an inch or more within the first month.

Does this mean that you won't see any further growth? Absolutely not. The gains may not come as fast, but you can still expect to see some positive results. I'm sure within another month or so, you will have grown an entire inch. Lucky man!

This piece was written by Dr. Harold Reed, a surgeon who performs this operation quite frequently. I think you will find all of your questions answered in that particular article.

However, I will say this... be 150% certain about having this procedure performed. Check out all of your other options first. And if you do decide to get the operation, make sure that you ask every single question that you can think of. In other words, penis enlargement surgery is NOT something that should be rushed into. Once the procedure is performed, that's that.

I know I've answered this question at least 4 or 5 times in the past.... but I'll repeat it one more time. Let me set the record straight, guys. Gains of 4 inches are virtually IMPOSSIBLE!

Over the past year, there has been a steep decline in lying "scuzzball" enlargement sites popping up on the internet (thank God!). And more and more enlargement companies are mounting more truthful ad campaigns. However, there are still a few deceitful companies and individuals out there making ludicrous claims (like "Double your penis size!" or "Gain 4 inches in a few weeks!"). They continue making these claims because there will always be naive male customers who believe it.

Here's the lowdown: most men who use natural enlargement programs, pills and/or pumps will gain anywhere between one to two inches. Occasionally, gains of three inches are even possible. But those instances require a great deal of time, patience and persistence.

Don't set unattainable goals for yourself. Even if you only gain one inch, that can make a world of difference in the way you look... and the way you feel about yourself.

I don't blame you for being "fed up!". There are loathesome individuals and companies out there that will do everything they can to get you to buy their product. And bulk emailing has got to be the most aggravating form of advertising that ever existed.

Most people do not want unsolicited emails sent to them. Even worse, it's very difficult to get yourself removed from their mailing list once they've "got you". They are very clever at covering their steps so you don't even know who they are. Even when you visit their sites, you are not given any contact information... no mailing address, no phone number, not even a company name. Would any intelligent person buy a product from a company like this?

Are they legitimate? Usually not. Most times, they are money-grubbing individuals who have concocted some lousy imitation enlargement program. They buy email lists from shady sources (that include YOUR name on the list!), and send out millions and millions of emails... hoping for just one sale. It's a disgusting means of getting customers, and the worst part is... they are not even selling a valuable product. Usually, their enlargement programs are absolutely worthless.

My advice.... never NEVER purchase an enlargement program that you receive in the form of an unsolicited email advertisement. You will just be throwing your hard-earned money out the window.

Every brand of enlargement pill has it's own "secret mix" of ingredients. There are a great many herbs to mix and match, and hopefully increase penis size, improve sexual health and strengthen erections.

Of all the herbs, the following seem to be the most effective in overall performance: The controversial Yohimbe regulates the flow of blood in and out of the penis chamber, and dramatically increases the male libido. Muira Puama has been shown to improve sexual drive and aid in erection performance. Ginkgo Biloba is an ancient Chinese herb known for its ability to help men overcome their problems with impotence. Ginseng, while not really a sexual herb, promotes healthy circulation and builds up adreneline.. thus making it a popular supplement with athletes.

If possible, it would also behoove you to find a pill which contains Vitamin E. No other vitamin aids in sexual performance quite like this one! Not many enlargement pills contain Vitamin E (the popular Virility Pill is one of the few that does)... so, if nothing else, you can simply take a daily dose of Vitamin E separately.

You should be more concerned with a pill's ingredients, performance power and customer satisfaction. It's possible, but the odds are against you. Most enlargement programs will help you gain an additional 1-2 inches. These are much more realistic gains. However, if you're willing to devote the time and effort it takes to achieve an added 3 inches, it CAN be done.

Just be prepared to spend at least a year or two diligently doing your enlargement exercises every day. I've spoken to many guys who have done it. It really takes a certain amount of dedication and patience. But if you've got the will-power, I say "more power to ya"!
