Dear Doc Phallus,
I love reading your column. I know you're billed as the
Penis Enlargement Magazine "know-it-all".... but are there any other penis enlargement experts out there we should know about?
Dear "Loyal Follower",
Flattery will get you everywhere! It's certainly a dubious honor, being a "penis enlargement expert"... not really the kind of thing you can put on a resume.
Actually, there are a few fellas whom I consider to be very educated and well-versed on the subject of penile enhancement. You've probably already seen their names countless times... either in our magazine or on various other websites. They're known and loved by thousands of men who have followed their advice and achieved added inches.
There's A.J. "Big Al" Alfaro, who operates the For
Size website, as well as moderating several enlargement forums. He's quite respected in our industry. "Big Al" often works in tandem with the Online Men's Health Resources (at MorePenis.com), a terrific research organization that has set a very high level of excellence in the study of enlargement.
So you see, I'm not the only smarty-pants where penis enlargement is concerned. Seriously, if you're considering an enlargement program... I HIGHLY SUGGEST that you go with an individual or company that has years of experience (like those I just mentioned). There are a ton of "know-nothing" sites out there which will do nothing but take your money and run.
Dear Doc Phallus,
I just found an interesting site on the internet. They claim to hypnotize a man into achieving a larger penis. Can this possibly work?
Dear "Hypnoticly Yours",
Look deep into my eyes.... you're getting very sleepy! Now take the money from your wallet and throw it out the window. When you wake up, you won't remember anything that happened.
Get the point?
Dear Doc Phallus,
I've been using a natural enlargement exercise program for over a year. During the first 6-8 months, I made some very impressive size gains... almost two full inches in length. However, my progress now seems to be at a standstill. I haven't achieved any further growth for quite some time now. Does this mean that I have reached my maximum potential? Can I expect to grow anymore?
Dear "Still Want More!",
When using a natural enlargement program (exercises such as the well-known Jelq), you can expect the most significant results to occur within the first 6 months. After that, the growth process seems to slow down considerably.
This is not to say that you will achieve no more growth whatsoever. There are some men who perform these techniques ritualisticly for two to three years! Continually exercising the penis can still induce growth. The penis CAN continue to develop in both length and girth, but at a much slower rate.
For example, you might gain anywhere between 1-2 inches within the first 6 months of a "penis workout program". After that, the growth rate is substantially reduced... but gains DO continue. It might be as little as a half-inch every 6 months thereafter. Still, those tiny "half-inches" can add up after a year or two.
You must determine if you're willing to put in the required amount of time to achieve penis growth. Afterall, two to three years is a long time to commit to a daily penis exercise program. For some guys, however, it's well worth the time and energy.
Dear Doc Phallus,
I just read an advertisement for a penis enlargement pill that will increase penis size by 5 inches. Is this possible?
Dear "Looking for a Pill",
HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!!!
Oops, forgive me. When I hear a good joke, I always laugh.
Dear Doc Phallus,
I'm a little worried. I've been using a penis enlargement pump for a while now. This week, after one of my daily sessions, I noticed a small amount of blood in my urine. Is this a result of pumping, and if so... is this normal?
Dear "Kinda Worried",
No, that is not normal. First and foremost, discontinue your pumping sessions. I would highly recommend that you visit your doctor or a urologist. I don't think this is a direct result of the pumping. It could very possibly be a urinary disorder known as Hematuria. Though usually not a life-threatening disease, you should definitely get it checked out by a physician.
Hematuria can be caused by any number of things... kidney or bladder stones, prostatic enlargement, or a urinary infection. Again, I don't believe that pumping is the cause, although it could certainly have further aggravated the condition.
To all of my readers, if you ever experience any abnormal condition while performing ANY enlargement technique... whether you notice a sore, a cyst, a bump, or any urological symptom.... discontinue your enlargement routine immediately! You should not be hurting yourself while enlarging the penis. Always exercise utmost caution.
I've said it time and time again... be safe when pursuing penis enlargement. Afterall, you've only got one penis!
Dear Doc Phallus,
I read something on the internet about "autobiostimulation". What kind of penis enlargement technique is this?
Dear "Very Curious",
"Autobiostimulation" is yet another in the long list of diverse (and often entertaining) enlargement techniques made available to men in the past five years or so. From what I know about it, "autobiostimulation" takes a more psychological approach to increasing penis size.
Essentially, the man performs various natural enlargement exercises... the sort that are featured in the majority of other natural enlargement programs. But the workout is incorporated with a sort of "mind approach" technique. For instance, telling yourself to "envision your penis getting larger and it will happen".
Whether this sort of technique is your thing or not.... only you can decide. Personally, I prefer a more "hands-on" approach to enlargement. Less psycho-babble and more handstroking.
To each his own.
Dear Doc Phallus,
I have long considered pursuing some form of penis enlargement. But I'm a little hesitant because I have Peyronie's Disease (my penis has a severe curve). What are my options, if any, for enlargement?
Dear "Guy With Peyronies",
You really should consult a doctor or urologist before attempting any form of enlargement program. Peyronies is a serious condition, but fortunately, it is becoming more and more treatable (read more about Peyronies).
It is possible that you can increase your penis size with either pills or liquids. But you absolutely should NOT attempt any sort of "natural" enlargement program involving exercises. Nor should you ever use a penis enlargement pump! In spite of what many websites claim, Peyronies can not be cured with enlargement exercises. If you undertake such a foolhardy task, you run the risk of doing permanent damage to your penis.
Some of these enlargement sites that claim to cure Peyronies are downright negligible. I have received at least five letters from men who did serious harm to their penises as a result of "jelqing" exercises. Correcting a slight curve problem is one thing (and yes, jelqing can help with penis curvature), but breaking down collagen within the penis is another matter entirely. Leave that task to the doctors.
Be safe. Be smart. You've only got one penis!
Dear Doc Phallus,
Why are there so many friggin' penis enlargement sites??
Dear "Overwhelmed",
I like your style... short and to the point!
I'll tell you exactly why there are so many friggin' enlargement sites... Supply and Demand. The number of men wishing to increase their penis size is ever-increasing. And as a result, so are the number of sites claiming to offer a "solution".
Is this a good thing or a bad thing? Both. On the one hand, it's terrific that enlargement options are so readily available with the click of a button. On the other hand, the market is now completely oversaturated. You've heard me whine in the past about all of the vile, money-grubbing, unoriginal enlargement websites that are flooding the internet. As you can see, I'm still whining.
With so many junk sites in the barrel, it's often difficult to determine which are the BEST programs to purchase. I encourage you to read PEMagazine's Recommended Sites, as well as some of our past articles which highlight those noteworthy enlargement programs (particularly this month's feature article, "The Dangers of 'Free' Penis Enlargement Techniques").
Yes, it is overwhelming. But there are a few enlargement programs which REALLY do produce results. Those are the ones that you should search out.
Dear Doc Phallus,
I'm currently attending college in Texas. There's this other guy in my fraternity who's been boasting for over a year now that he's got a 13 inch penis! Nobody's actually seen it, but it's something of a legend on campus. This guy has no problem putting everybody else down, calling us "needle dicks". Just tell me one thing... is it possible that he really DOES have a 13 inch package??
Dear "Not a Needledick",
This guy sounds like a real charming fellow. I don't want to sound like the little kid in the schoolyard who yells "You're a big fat liar!"... but, lemme tell you something, your friend is A BIG FAT LIAR!! It's not unusual for men to brag about their penis size. But usually, these same guys exaggerate their size a great deal, making their dicks out to be two or three inches bigger than it actually is. But 13 inches... c'mon!
Here's an interesting fact from the Book of Sexual Records.... according to Dr. Jacobus's publication "L'Ethnologie du Sens Genitale", the largest organ on record was almost 12 inches in length. And you say your college pal with the big mouth is claiming to have 13 inches!! Holy sh*t... it sounds like he's broken the world record!! Fat chance.
Tell your friend to put up or shut up. Let's see this giant anaconda he's got hiding in his Levi's. Better yet, take a picture of it and send it to us... we'll put him on the front page of our magazine!
College boys... ya gotta love 'em.
Dear Doc Phallus,
I'm a man in my early seventies. Though you might not think it to look at me, I'm actually still quite sexually active. What are your thoughts on a fellow of my age undertaking penis enlargement? Is it worth it... or more importantly, is it even possible?
Dear "Old But Not Dead",
First of all, congratulations on your active sex life. Hopefully your letter will help dispel the rumor that men over 65 are no longer active in the bedroom. Simply not true! You're probably getting more "nookie" than most of our readers who are in their 20's!
I'm a little surprised to hear that you wish to have a bigger penis. I mean, the one you've got has obviously been working for you these past seventy years. I say "if it ain't broke, don't fix it".
But if it's something you want to try for curiosity's sake, it's certainly possible. My only concern would be your use of natural enlargement exercises. Most of those techniques require that you be in relatively good health AND be able to sustain a partial to full erection for up to 30 minutes (5-7 days a week, depending on the program). This may be a matter you would want to discuss with your physician. By the same token, if you're interested in taking an enlargement pill or liquid, you might want to make sure the ingredients are compatible with any other medication you may currently be taking.
It takes a lot of diligence to maintain one of these enlargement programs. The results can certainly be rewarding... if one sticks with it! Personally though, if I were 70 years old (which isn't so very far away!), enlarging my penis would not be one of my highest priorities. I have too many other "lifelong wishes" to fulfill.
To each his own, I suppose.
Dear Doc Phallus,
Of all the enlargement methods available... exercises, pills, liquids, pumps, etc.... which one do you honestly recommend the most?
Dear "Just Wondering",
This is the single most asked question I receive from
Penis Enlargement Magazine readers. As I've written in the past, every enlargement method (no matter which one you choose) has its own benefits and its own set of problems. Unfortunately, nobody's invented that miraculous "Overnight" solution to penis enlargement.
As it stands, your best bet for increasing the size of your penis seems to be
Natural Enlargement Exercises. These offer the best results among the highest percentage of men. Yes, they are time-consuming. Yes, results are often slow. But listen, "Rome wasn't built in a day". It takes patience and it takes time... sometimes as long as 6 months to a year. You have to ask yourself if it's worth the effort. For most men, the answer is a resounding "Yes"!
As far as pills and liquids are concerned, I'm happy to report that these products are producing more and more successful results. There aren't a lot of pills or liquids on the market that I would wholeheartedly endorse (actually, I'm not allowed to endorse ANY product!), but the ones mentioned in the
"Recommended Penis Enlargement Pills" section of this magazine are certainly worth noting.
Dear Doc Phallus,
My penis measures nearly eight inches when erect. I've never had any complaints from past girlfriends. And I'm well aware that I've got a bigger package than most guys... but I still want more. Tell me, is penis enlargement still possible for a guy of my size?
Dear "Hung But Unhappy",
I've got a question for you.... are you insane??! Eight inches and you're whining about wanting a bigger weiner?! Man, some guys are never content! Do you know how many dudes would kill for just HALF of that flesh monster between your legs?
O.K., I'm through with my little fit. To answer your question, yes... it is still possible for you to gain additional inches. Penis enlargement can be attained for any man, no matter how big or small. However, the process seems to work best for men who are considered "below average". The larger you are, the more difficult it is to achieve extra meat. That's not to say it's impossible. You'll just have to work a little harder at it.
But before you start pumping your way to nine inches, you should be aware that HUGE is not always BEST! In surveys that I've read, most women say they prefer a man who is "slightly above normal" in size.... NOT enormous. Women like to be pleasured, but don't want (with rare exception) to be in pain. The vagina is between 8 to 13 centimeters long. Anything larger than that can be very uncomfortable for them.
So unless you're sleeping with a lot of porn stars who pleasure themselves with watermelon-sized dildos, you may just want to be content with your measly eight inch dick. I'm sure you'll get the job done just fine.
Eight inches... I hate you.
Dear Doc Phallus,
Recently, my 16 year old son brought up the subject of penis enlargement. Apparently, he's been checking out the hundreds of "male enhancement" websites that are all over the internet. We spoke about it as if it were all a "goof", but I have a feeling that he's actually quite insecure about his penis size (though he never said that to ME). Is it normal for a boy his age to be thinking about penis size, and is penis enlargement something that I should encourage him to pursue?
Dear Dad,
I don't know about you, but when I was sixteen years old, I was totally preoccupied with penis size. This isn't a generational issue... it's all a part of growing up. We men have all heard and lived the high school locker room horror stories. Kids nowadays are even more sexually aware, what with our more liberated society and the accessibility of internet porn.
So yes, I'm sure your son is concerned about his penis size. He's no doubt seen photos all over the web showing nude men with huge rods. They're certainly prominent on all those enlargement sites. Photos like that only add to male insecurity... no matter what age you are.
If the subject comes up again, I would not encourage him to pursue penis enlargement... not at age 16. The body is still developing for a male in his teens. I would assure your son that he's still got a few years left to achieve some extra inches.... naturally, without the aid of pills, pumps or exercises. Some boys are just late-bloomers where puberty is concerned.
After that time, if he's still unhappy with his penis size, then I'm sure he'll sort out his options for enlargement. And just like the rest of us, I'm sure he'll make the wisest, safest, most practical choice.... for himself.
