There are a few websites floating around in cyberspace that offer their visitors "FREE penis enlargement techniques". Heed our advice.... DO NOT PERFORM THESE TECHNIQUES!!! Not only will you end up wasting your time, you could very well end up hurting yourself.

I found a site on the internet which gives away free penis enlargement exercises (although they do promote another pay enlargement site called Penis-Health). This sounded like a good idea at the time... but I was quickly proven wrong. Not only did I NOT gain any extra penis size, I think I caused some serious damage to myself! After two days of performing these exercises, my penis has now developed a huge lopsided lump near the base, and the skin "ring" underneath the glans is all red, swollen and puffy. Furthermore, there's some mild pain involved when I urinate and have sex. I tried emailing the webmaster of this particular site in order to get some help and/or advice, but nobody there has responded. What should I do??

Sadly, this is generally what happens when men try to go the "cheap" route with regards to natural penis enlargement exercises.
