The good news is that 28 men in our study (more than half!) experienced some sort of penis growth, either in length or circumference, or a combination of both. The bad news is that the other 22 men did not. Furthermore, the results that were obtained were wildly varied. The most growth achieved by any one man (in six months time) was 2.1 inches.

Many guys experienced growth ranging between one and two inches. The least achieved (of the programs that were successful) was .4 inches. Unsurprisingly, nobody obtained a three inch gain in length. Size gains of that nature that are rare. Possible, but rare.

It is important to note, however, that the penis enlargement program is not necessarily to blame for a lack of growth. Poor results could be attributed to any number of factors including, but not limited to, a man's age or health. We're also assuming that all 50 men were faithful in their workout programs and performed them exactly as instructed. However, if any man did not perform the exercises properly, that could also attribute to a lesser size gain.

Again, in the final ranking of these programs, we did not look simply at results obtained. We also took into consideration the purchase price of each program, value of site content, popularity of each site, and overall customer satisfaction.

We have chosen NOT to include the other thirty sites which yielded little-to-no results. We don't want to put any companies out of business (nor do we want to face legal action!).... but if a site that you've heard about is NOT included in our Top Twenty, chances are that that it didn't make the grade!

So what does all this prove? Having accumulated all of this data and talked to all fifty subjects in our case study, the following information may help you if you're thinking of purchasing a similar penis enlargement program:

Natural Penis Enlargement is possible! If you select the right program, it's been proven that growth can be achieved simply... without the dangers of surgery or the futility of pumps and gadgets. The business of natural penis enlargement continues to soar, so it MUST be working for many many men!

Don't spend more than $50.00 for any enlargement program. Most of these natural enlargement sites offer very similar sorts of techniques. The prices differ only in their variations, directions, or included bonus material. Most manuals are priced in the $40.00 range (while Morepenis provides an even better deal at $30.00). You may not want to join a site that rebills you every month or every year. If this is the case, select a site that has a lifetime membership.

Sites that include Photos and Videos are NOT necessarily the best sites! Little extras like photos and online videos may seem like necessities, but.. trust us, they're not. Most of the men in our study said that the photos/videos were not very helpful in the long run. The written directions in these online manuals are usually very simple to understand (unless you're living in a country outside of the U.S.)... and many times, the photos and videos actually contradict the actual written instructions. This only makes things more confusing.

Doctor-Endorsements don't really mean much. Many penis enlargement sites claim to be "Doctor-Endorsed" or "Physician-Approved". Take a closer look at these physicians... many times they are simply psychologists or fellows with simple University Doctorates. Big deal. Other times, they are doctors found in remote regions like Brazil or Switzerland. Using doctor testimonials is a pretty sneaky way to give a site credibility. Better to go with a site's reputation and customer success rate.

Whichever program you choose, be prepared to "stick with it" for the long haul! Many men just give up after a few weeks... either out of boredom or frustration. If you wish to see results, you HAVE to be 100% dedicated. Otherwise, don't even waste your time and money.

Why do so many men want a bigger penis? Better self-esteem, primarily. We live in an age of constant self-improvement... looking our best, feeling our best. Lose some weight, gain some hair, build some muscles. Women seem to want bigger breasts, and men want bigger dicks. As simple as that.
